We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
7-Day Returns for Exchange or Store Credit
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@bonehampeters.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the the Boneham Peters store the product was purchased from. If unsure, please reach out and ask our team.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@bonehampeters.com.au.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for faulty items and manufacturing defects. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
