- Orange coloured fruits and vegetables- your retina needs Vitamin A to help turn light into images, and moisten the eye. Foods like carrots, sweet potato, and apricots all contain Vitamin A, making them a great addition to your eye healthy diet.
- Vitamin C, (or vitamin see!) helps your body fight damage caused by unhealthy habits, bad food and envirmonmental factors that release free radicals.
